Our lovely townhouse Casa Solbritt is a total of 136 sqm and consists of two separate apartments in the same property (the House & Studio).

• Casa Solbritt the House offers 4 beds (5 beds for a small surcharge) and is rented out weekly. Checkout is on Saturday.

• The rental cost includes linens, towels (not for beach use), AC with cold and heat, Wi-Fi/Internet over fibre, TV with more than 190 tv-channels and Chromecast, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as electricity and water. Final cleaning is included (not dishes).

• When booking you pay a booking fee of 25 % of the rental charge and 10 weeks before arriving the rest of the rental charge is paid. No smoking or pets are allowed in Casa Solbritt.

• During the period from November to March each year, it is possible to rent our houses on a “long-term” basis for a minimum of 31 consecutive days. Prices are dynamic and depend on our occupancy rate, the number of guests, the length of the rental period, and the specific dates requested. To receive a price quote, please specify your preferences (e.g., exact dates), and we will get back to you with pricing details. For long-term rentals, there is a possibility of up to a 30% discount on our standard weekly rates. For the rest of the year, our standard price list applies, as shown below.

• The Studio is only rented out for long-term and for periods longer than 2 months. Contact us for a price!

• We are happy to help you with transfers or car rentals for the best transport between the airport and Casa Solbritt.

Casa Solbritt regularly undergoes renewal and renovation to varying degrees. All for our guests and our own holiday experience to be as fantastic as possible.
